PUSH Beaver County’s Path to Wellness program is happy to be back for our 4th Annual Superhero 5k + Kids Fun Run!

We have new venue and couldn’t be more excited! Runners will enjoy a course through Ambridge’s beautiful historic district and Merchant Street. We are partnering with the Ambridge Historic District, who will also be holding an event following the 5k. Information on their Crush and Brew event can be found here https://www.facebook.com/AmbridgehistoricdistrictEDC/ Participants are able to purchase tickets to this event directly through the historic district. Runners will be welcomed with shopping at local antique shops and live music at the new Performing Arts Legend Museum (PALM).  Old Economy Village Rose Museum store, Feast Hall and gardens will be open as well. 

We will be practicing all state mandated rules at the time of the race. As these can change, we will be posting updates as needed. For those who prefer to keep their distance, we are again making Virtual Race an option, so you are welcome to participate that way.

The Kids Fun Run will again be a 1k out on the race course.  Parents are always welcome to accompany their kids. Course will be monitored by Volunteer staff.

Maybe the most fun part of the race (at least to us) is seeing runners dress up like their favorite Superhero – real or fictional. We HIGHLY encourage this again.

We continue to support Will of the Warrior, a local organization that works with Veterans, and Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Beaver County. Links for both are below so you can learn a little more about the great things these groups are doing in the local community.  

We will have refreshments post-race, but will not be doing photos and vendors in an effort to maintain social distancing rules. Awards for each age group will be announced following the race.
