Mark Kopsack

Mark has been a member and the President of our organization since its inception. Mark grew up in York County, Pennsylvania, however, the father of three is proud to call Beaver County his home since 1999. After continuing his education at Clarion University and Robert Morris University following his graduation from York Christian High School in York, PA, Mark has dedicated himself to taking care of the elderly in his professional life. Mark is active in the community, a member of the Rochester Chamber of CommerceBeaver County Chamber of Commerce, and currently sits as the Vice President of the Fort McIntosh Foundation. Mark and his wife Danielle live in Chippewa Township, with their three children and Mark enjoys coaching soccer, cooking, general travel, and visiting the Gettysburg battlefield.

Paula Marinkovic

Paula joined the organization in December 2017. She had volunteered at many PUSH Beaver County events over 2-3 years before officially joining the board. Paula was born and raised in Beaver County. She graduated from Ambridge High School in 1992. She attended Duquesne University and graduated in 1997 with a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT). Paula has worked as an OT for the past 20 years in a variety of settings (including acute care, rehab, outpatient, skilled nursing and most recently home health). Currently she resides in Chippewa Township. Paula enjoys volunteering her time and giving to others to help change and shape Beaver County for the better.

Keith Colamarino

Keith joined the organization in 2009. He was born in Atlanta, GA and raised in Beaver County. Keith is graduate of Rochester Area High School, class of 2004. After graduation, Keith pursued a Design degree from Pittsburgh Technical Institute. Currently, he is a partner at Studio SMC., and founder of TrueMX (TMX). He devotes his spare time to other local organizations that promote community involvement to help build a better Beaver County for future generations. Keith resides in Brighton Township with his wife and son.

John Mehalik, Jr.

John is a founding member of our original 501(c)(6) non-profit corporation, PUSH Beaver County (dba People United in Shaping and Helping Beaver County) and our 501 (c)(3) non-profit corporation, PUSH BC Corporation (dba PUSH Beaver County). He is a lifelong resident of Beaver County, born in Borough of Rochester and raised in the Borough of Midland and Brighton Township. John is a graduate of Sts. Peter & Paul SchoolBeaver Area High School and Robert Morris University. Upon graduating from RMU with a BS in Business Administration, John followed his father‘s footsteps and entered the field of Industrial Construction, in the steelmaking sector, specializing in Project Controls. Currently, he is a shareholder, the recording secretary and a member of the management team at Central Point Incorporated, located in the Borough of Midland. John resides in Brighton Township. In his spare time, he enjoys visiting his relatives in Michigan, swimming, watching movies, and cooking for family and friends, in no particular order.

Regis Collins

Regis is Director of Bioenvironmental Engineering, 911th Mission Support Group, Pittsburgh International Airport, Air Reserve Station (ARS). As the Industrial Hygienist, Director he is responsible for the health and safety of approximately 1,263 Air Force Reserve members and approximately 500 civilian employees. He graduated in 1988, from Beaver Area Senior High School, Beaver, PA. He entered the United States Air Force in October, 1989. Mr. Collins retired honorably in January 2013. Mr. Collins retired after twenty-three years of service. Regis is happily married to his wife, Mrs. Amy Collins. They reside in Vanport, PA. They are active in the church.

Matt Dawson

Matt has served on the Board of Directors since 2018 and accepted the position of Treasurer in 2019. He is a life long resident of Beaver County. Raised in Ohioville, he is a 1996 graduate of Western Beaver High School and graduated from Penn State University in 2001. He began working in the Banking Industry in 2011 and currently manages the Beaver Banking Center for WesBanco Bank. Matt serves on several local boards including the Beaver County Chamber, Rochester Chamber of Commerce, Carnegie Library of Beaver Falls, and The Cornerstone of Beaver County. With a focus on community involvement, he devotes much of his spare time to building a stronger, more connected Beaver County. Matt currently resides in North Sewickley Township with his wife, Chelsea.

Randy Forner

Randy has been a member of organization since its inception. Randy is a member of Beaver County Association of Realtors and is employed at Realtor Associate with BHHS in Beaver. He acquired his license in 1977. He is a past Board Member at HAP Enterprises, Inc, past President of HAP Sr. Care Board (Beaver Meadows, Assisted Living Facility), past Lt. Gov. for Pennsylvania Kiwanis District #3, past President of Beaver Kiwanis Club, retired from Music Director/Organist for First Presbyterian Church, New Brighton in 2021, after 39 years, past Treasurer for Beaver County Association of Realtors. He is an avid golfer and member of Beaver Valley Golf Club, where he enjoys many rounds of golf each year. Randy resides in Chippewa.

Mark Noll

Mark joined the organization in January of 2023. A proud life-long resident of the Beaver Area, Mark graduated from Beaver Area High School, St. Vincent College, Latrobe, and the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science in 1985. A first generation Funeral Director with over 38 years of experience, Mark is licensed in both Pennsylvania and Florida. He founded Noll Funeral Home, Inc., Beaver in 1998 before acquiring Schwerha-Noll Funeral Home in Midland two years later. He has four children, three grandsons and one grandaughter. In addition to serving on the PUSH Beaver County Board of Directors, Mark is also president of the Ft. McIntosh Foundation.

Amy Fredericks

Amy joined the organization in 2013. Amy was born and raised in Beaver County. She graduated from Center Area High School in 1999. She followed her father’s and brother’s footsteps and graduated from California University of Pennsylvania and received her Masters in Business Administration. She has been employed since 2003 at ExpressMed Pharmaceuticals as their Community Development Liaison. Amy was a past volunteer for Mother Theresa Hospice and the Watson Institute. Amy resides in Hopewell Township with her daughter.

Tyson Smith

Tyson joined the organization in 2017. He is a lifelong resident of Beaver County and graduated from Riverside High School. After high school, he graduated from Clarion University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He entered the Financial Services Industry in 2010 and is currently a financial advisor with Edward Jones and has his office located in Chippewa Township. As a financial advisor, Tyson holds a CRPC designation from the College of Financial Planning. He currently resides in Chippewa with his wife, children and their family’s much-loved Boxer.

Sharon Speerhas

Sharon joined the organization in 2012. She was born & raised in Beaver County and graduated from Western Beaver JSHS. She has a degree in Communication from Robert Morris University. She began her career in the financial services industry in 1999 with The Warner Companies in Baltimore, MD. She returned to Beaver County in 2005 and was a financial advisor with MetLife. Most recently, she worked in PNC Bank’s Financial Planning department and in 2014 moved to Time Financial as a Regional Insurance Specialist. She is now independent and in the process of forming her own company specializing in supplemental insurance, health, life and Medicare plans. In addition to PUSH Beaver County, Sharon also sits on the board of the Midland Arts Council and was formerly the Vice President on the Merrick Art Gallery Associates Board. She currently resides in Ambridge and is a member of the Ambridge Area Regional Chamber.

Nathan Kopsack

Nathan is a founding member of the organization. Nathan grew up in York County, PA where he graduated from Christian School of York in 1994. Nathan continued his education at Clarion University and Robert Morris University for Business Management. Nathan resides in Chippewa with his wife and daughters.
